One week after Hurricane Sandy: subway lines are on the mend, power has been restored to lower Manhattan, and the TRUST team has returned to its offices in glorious North Chelsea. But lest we forget the dark days of yesteryear (or, well, yesterweek), Photographer Randy Scott Slavin’s long exposure shots of a powerless lower Manhattan serve as a striking reminder.
