About Superunion

Formed from the merger of five renowned, award-winning design and branding firms – Brand Union, The Partners, Lambie-Nairn, VBAT and Addison Group – Superunion was launched as a next-generation global branding consultancy with 750 employees across 23 offices from New York to Shanghai and a client roster that includes Diageo, FIFA, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Ford and Vodafone.
TRUST partnered with Superunion to help launch the consultancy in the US and bolster its global presence by positioning its executives as thought leaders while promoting its design and creative capabilities.

Strategy

After successfully establishing Brand Union in the US over the course of 24 months, helping the WPP company reach hundreds of millions in readership and over hundreds of thousands of shares of its work and thought pieces, TRUST elevated the company from a branding/design agency into a global consultancy that, along with The Partners, became the anchor of the Superunion merger.

We leveraged this experience and successful partnership to provide vital PR support and strategic insight to promote Superunion’s model of creative optimism, launch the company in the US and continue building brand awareness. In the process, TRUST ensured that Superunion’s positioning and messaging was amplified for the US market through a multitude of placements in notable publications.

The Results

Spurring a Successful Launch

TRUST promoted Superunion’s launch in the US as well as the subsequent appointment of its first North American CEO, Sabah Ashraf, and ECD Ross Clugston, translating into nearly 10 million readers and thousands of social media shares. We then continued supporting the brand with a diverse mix of tactical PR on a monthly basis.
