jumP’s Cooperman Gives Lexus a Lift to AICE 2013

jumP LA’s Richard Cooperman has taken home a 2013 AICE Award for Alternative Media, thanks to his magnificent editorial work for longtime collaborators Team One and Lexus.

Entitled “Change Lanes,” the winning spot is a gleefully eccentric piece that marries impeccable production quality with the daring and unconventional aesthetics of high-end fashion editorials. Cooperman expertly stitches these images together into spirited montage – using rapid cuts, numerous filters, and splashes of bold title work to give the spot an unmistakable punk rock edge.

Cooperman’s 2013 AICE award continues jumP’s streak at the annual Awards show, following jumP NY Editor Luis Moreno’s wins at AICE 2012.
