With over a decade’s worth of experience in production and talent acquisition, Armon honed her skills at a variety of notable music companies including Yessian, Amber Music, Butter Music as well as agencies such as Publicis and Tribal Worldwide. While she’s just now officially joined Found Objects, Armon has been collaborating for some time with the music production company, which has partnered on projects for brands like IBM and Jaguar as well as high-profile artists including Kanye West and Philip Glass. “Immediately from working with Found Objects, I noticed a style of their work that was very thoughtful and unique,” she says. “Even their branding was methodical and sleek, like their sound. When they reached out, it was a very simple answer to come on board.”

While Armon says her dual role as both EP and Head of Talent Acquisition will both challenge her to nurture new and existing client relationships while continuously finding valuable talent, the newly minted vet says working at FO also creates space for tinkering and variation. “When you get the call at a music company, you create as fast and as smart as possible,” she explains. “But there are also times where you can breathe and experiment. That’s what we’re doing at FO. We seek the opportunities in-between to expand our vision. We investigate places where we can grow and be more innovative as a business. We’re always on the lookout for people and agencies we want to collaborate with.”

With a career that spans partnerships with creatives and producers on efforts ranging from the Olympics to spots for notable brands such as AT&T, Pfizer, Citibank and Heineken, Armon brings a wealth of experience from both sides of the industry spectrum to Found Objects, which is just part of what resonated with the company’s founders/composers, Jay Wadley and Trevor Gureckis. “Jennie’s diverse experience in both the original music and the agency side has uniquely positioned her to be a highly effective EP,” the pair says. “Her generous attitude and creativity will be invaluable assets as we continue to develop positive relationships, grow our team and expand our vision for Found Objects. We’re a small team but a powerful force of innovative composers and producers taking on all avenues of music and sound. We’ve known Jennie as a friend for years now and we are excited to call her one of our own.”
