The Considered Heralds Next Phase of Growth and Evolution With Creative, Strategy  C-Suite Promotions

Remote first, AI-driven healthcare marketing agency The Considered has once again bolstered its leadership structure and continues its significant growth and evolution from within with the promotions of EVP, Creative Director Emily (KK) Knight-Kristoffersen to Chief Creative Officer, EVP, Strategy and Insight Rob Fuller to Chief Strategy Officer, and Head of Client Services & Operations Tina Bertolini to Chief Client Services Officer.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the healthcare marketing industry, in which she honed her creative expertise and assumed leadership roles across the globe at the likes of McCann Health New York, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness Sydney, and Havas Lynx and DDB Remedy, KK has steadily ascended the creative ladder and made her mark at The Considered since joining the agency in late 2021. In just a few years’ time, she has played a pivotal role in expanding The Considered’s creative team and delivering high-impact work for clients such as Novartis, AstraZeneca, Otsuka, and Arcutis. Under KK’s creative leadership, The Considered has also earned several notable awards, including Gold at the MM+M Awards for Best Use of Immersive Technology, and the multi-award winning globally integrated campaign, “Kidney & Kidney,” for AstraZeneca.

Now in her new role as CCO, KK details her prime objective, saying, “I want to use everything that I have learned working in some of the best creative departments across three continents to build a culture that values diverse thinking, embraces play over perfection and supports this incredibly talented team to do the greatest work of our careers—work that fills us with pride and delivers real value for our clients, HCPs, and patients.”

Newly minted CSO Rob Fuller, meanwhile, brings over 20 years of experience to The Considered, which he joined at the beginning of 2025 after holding a string of high–profile strategic leadership positions including Head of Strategy, Europe at McCann Health and Head of Planning at VCCP Health, and spending close to a decade at Havas Lynx, where he last served as CSO and was instrumental in helping the firm earn Cannes Lions Healthcare Agency of the Year honors in 2018.

Having now been tasked with leading the strategic side of the business at The Considered, Fuller will oversee a highly valuable team of strategists, drawing on their diverse experiences and perspectives to continue bringing sharp, smart strategic thinking to the agency’s clients. In addition, he’ll also be playing a key role alongside The Considered Founder/CEO David Hunt in driving the growth of the agency and evolving its perspective as it enters a new phase of its journey.

As for what he hopes to achieve as The Considered CSO, Fuller says, “I want to help our brilliant team and bold client base to do the best work of their careers. Creativity, craft, and care are at the heart of our business, enabled through our incredible remote-first culture and powered by GenAI. If I can help more clients, brands, and patients experience the fruits of this in some way shape or form, I’ll be very happy indeed.”

Tina was part of the team that launched The Considered less than four years ago, and has been critical to establishing the agency’s DNA, based on the principles of kindness & CARE. In addition, Tina has also established the client services and operations function, ensuring the team is always the best part of everyone’s day, both internally and externally. Moving forward, Tina will build upon this foundation to blend the best principles of client services with the benefits of AI.

The multiple promotions come on the heels of a remarkable run of organizational and financial accomplishments for the agency as a result of being established to leverage the benefits of AI and a remote-first culture. In fact, one of The Considered’s notable achievements as of late has been its launch of CARE, the agency’s pioneering remote-first program focused on mind, body, and soul, which has resulted in 98% staff retention, with zero dollars spent on recruiting.

On the AI side, The Considered has made several solid and unique investments including sponsoring pharma’s first AI Ethical Manifesto, building over 75 custom GPTs, which has enhanced every layer of work, investing thousands of dollars per employee monthly in AI training, including one-on-one coaching, achieving a 100% pitch win rate in H2 2024 and H1 2025.

From a business perspective, The Considered saw a massive 87% growth in revenue in 2024—with the number expected to climb again significantly in 2025—while boasting zero account losses. “We’ve had another great 12 months, as we’ve maximized the opportunities of GenAI and remote first, and this marks the next step in our journey,” says Hunt. As for the recent C-suite promotions, he adds, “The Considered is about world-class talent, augmented by AI. Tina, KK and Rob are three of the industry’s best, with the track record to prove it. They all represent the best of their field and part of a new breed, embracing new opportunities, ways of working and technology.”

Technological advances and forward-thinking strategy have indeed been crucial to The Considered’s success and have helped the agency broaden its appeal and solidify its status as a healthcare industry maverick. “We don’t attract clients because we are cheaper,” Hunt adds. “We attract clients because we are better. GenAI is not about savings and efficiency, it is about propelling excellence and expertise.”
