Grady joins Whitehouse Post after spending nearly a decade at Bug Editorial primarily working with New York legend, Andre Betz. During this time, she collaborated with notable agencies including Opperman Weiss, Arnold Worldwide, Merkley + Partners, Hill Holliday and McKinney while overseeing post production for high-level brands such as Bacardi, Mercedes, Audi, Nascar, Chobani and Cadillac.

Now at Whitehouse Post, Grady has found kinship with a company that offers, first and foremost, a huge range of expertise and a great environment in which to ply her craft. “The talent is obvious, the reel and the roster are superb, and the office is beautiful,” she says. “But once I realized how nice everyone is here at Whitehouse, it felt serendipitous. This industry is at times grueling. The quality of the work is paramount but a good experience is crucial as well. That’s what Whitehouse offers – friendly talent – that’s the place for me.”

“We are thrilled and fortunate to have snared Caitlin,” notes Whitehouse Post Partner/ Editor Alaster Jordan. “She has a wealth of high end experience and her intelligence and charm is effortless. A week into the role and she already owns it.”
