Versatile Director Augusto Fraga Signs with Little Minx for US Representation

Santa Monica, CA-based production company Little Minx continues to strengthen its directing roster with the addition of Augusto Fraga, whose arrival comes quickly off the heels of fellow filmmaker, Anthony Furlong.


The Portugal-born, Barcelona-based Fraga brings versatility to Little Minx as he’s not just worked on numerous commercials, but music videos, short films and other visual pieces, a style that fits well within the production company’s eclectic wheelhouse. For Fraga, it was essentially fate that drew him to his new role. “I was attracted to Little Minx by the details and the coincidences,” he says. “Even without looking for it, a hint of Little Minx was around me in a very cool way, whether in a film I liked, a director I liked, or an interview I read. I got curious, then the details came and I realized we share the same love for images, film and storytelling.”

Fraga’s love for visuals and narrative translates directly into his work, which includes projects for the likes of Adidas, Playstation 4, Nivea, Vodafone, NOS, a new campaign for beer brand, Bitburger, as well as an upcoming Coca-Cola film for the Olympics that’s set to wrap up early next year. While his directing career has led him to collaborate with some of the world’s biggest athletes including Leo Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Rafael Nadal and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Fraga now has his lens set on American sports – specifically “great American Football stars” as he says.

Wherever the road takes him next, it’s Fraga’s passion for filmmaking that instantly resonated with Little Minx founder/president Rhea Scott, who says, “I love the energy of Augusto’s work.
