HUSH Continues Growth with Addition of Katie Hepp as Director of Production
Marking the new year with a series of transformative additions, HUSH is pleased to announce that Katie Hepp will be joining the design agency as Director of Production. For much of her career, Hepp has acted as both a production leader and mentor with a focus on streamlining production for clients while supporting award-winning creative teams. Her invaluable brand experience and passion for problem solving make Hepp an exciting addition to the HUSH team.

She knows what makes creative businesses work and is singularly guided by what’s best for our clients and their projects,” says HUSH Partner David Schwarz. “Her mid-western honesty and adaptive personality help her figure out the most complex of our diverse design projects. Her time with us has already helped develop stronger brand relationships and the work is already even better.”
Sharp and assured, Hepp has guided agencies in utilizing more thoughtful approaches to digital production. She joined agency StrawberryFrog shortly after their U.S. launch, spending four years growing the digital department, hiring designers, producers, user experience specialists, and technologists. At The Barbarian Group, she led production for GE, collaborating with the creative and technology teams to continue the development of the GE “Works” campaign that included large scale digital development, content creation, social, mobile, and everything between.
Since then, she has worked as an Executive Producer acting on behalf of notable brands and organizations such as the Clinton Global Initiative, the Rockefeller Foundation, Pampers, Scion, smartUSA, and P&G Innovation, among others. At HUSH, Hepp will continue to leverage her expertise in streamlining processes, growing her team, and strengthening HUSH’s own design and production methodologies.

Everything is pushing boundaries which means I get to develop new tools and methods to help define the future of a creative company,” says Hepp.
