Per Vidar Lundberg is the Global Director of Executive Education at Hyper Island, the global learning institute focusing on digital media, leadership and innovation with locations in Sweden, USA, UK and Singapore. He is an expert in trend topics relating to leadership and management. As the head of the Hyper Island Executive Team, he acts as the head of the NYC office.

Per Vidar is an experienced and committed change leader focusing on business development, communication and the power of including the whole organization in the change process. He is also responsible for several major projects focusing on the possibilities and needs of the new online environment.

“I have learned, sometimes the hard way, that successful change requires methodical skills and focus on creating commitment and understanding in all levels and among all individuals,” explains Lundberg. “Without this, no lasting positive effects of the change will remain.”
