Hyper Island Launches NYC-based
Digital Leadership Program

Renowned global learning institute Hyper Island is pleased to announce the Digital Leadership Program, an innovative 10-week learning experience designed for senior- level working professionals who aspire to lead businesses in a world of digitally fueled disruption.

“To be a successful leader and navigate today’s disruptions demands continuous learning – not only frequent upgrades to knowledge and skills, but also an entirely new mindset that abandons fears of digital and embraces the new era’s agile and collaborative ways of working,” notes Hyper Island CEO Johanna Frelin.

The Digital Leadership Program is part of a new series which will take place in New York and focus on leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and professionals who aspire to lead within a near future, assembling a diverse group of cross-industry talent from organisations and agencies, and blending different industries, experiences, and perspectives to unlock creativity and inspire new ways of thinking.

Participants will learn by doing, discarding traditional learning methods for hand-in-hand experience solving real-world problems in real time with fellow industry leaders and entrepreneurs. Attendees will explore the toughest challenges from their businesses – making the most of big data, measuring digital ROI, learning best practices for building a digitally savvy team and leading change processes – and work through them with their group using sessions, bootcamps, online platforms, and individual implementations, over the course of 10 weeks.

“The Digital Leadership Program is not a class, but a personalized learning experience,” continues Frelin. “Our network of expert facilitators, speakers, entrepreneurs and mentors will provide inspiration and guidance to help participants develop their own, unique answers to the biggest questions facing their organizations today. Participants will emerge with a new understanding of the digital landscape and the vision to strategically plan for their company’s future in this rapidly evolving world.”

Founded almost two decades ago on the belief that professional teaching and learning needed to evolve to suit the lightning-fast pace of the digital advertising world, Hyper Island has established itself in the US as a force for digital innovation, helping decision-makers at companies such as Target, Unilever, and JWT.
