Tool Wins Best of Show at SXSW—Takes Home Four Awards

Tool is proud to announce that their wildly popular viral campaign, Take This Lollipop directed by Jason Zada, has received the coveted Best of Show at this year's SXSW Interactive Awards.

Best of Show was just one win among many for Tool at the awards ceremony. "Take This Lollipop" earned Zada and Tool Interactive Director Jason Nickel an award in the festival's "Experimental" category as well. Tool Director Matt Ogens and Tool Interactive Director Grant Skinner scored the "Business" award for their work on Screw*d - An Interactive Reality Show. Additionally, Tool's interactive video for Ellie Goulding's "Lights" dominated the "Motion Graphics" category.
