
Dominic Pandolfino: Managing Partner/CEO
Dominic Pandolfino has been an industry leader for over two decades, and currently leads all of the Nice Shoes brands of companies. Pandolfino has both built, then transformed this group into industry-leading studios specializing in film/tape, editing, VFX, production, shoot supervision, design, branded content, 3D, and digital asset management servicing the commercial and broadcast markets.
Under Pandolfino's leadership, the Nice Shoes family of companies has evolved into fully HD and data-compatible entities equipped with four Spirit Datacine Suites, two Specter Virtual Telecines, eight Smoke/Flame studios, and work stations that support Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Combustion, Shake and Maya.
Pandolfino founded Nice Spots in 2005, Freestyle Collective in 2000, and - with the help of Joe Bottazzi, Scott Burch, Howie Burch and Ed Patrowicz - Nice Shoes in 1996. From 1983 through 1996, he acted as vice president/general manager of Manhattan Transfer, which later became known as Co3 and Riot NY.
