Chris Ryan: Colorist/Partner

Chris Ryan, who has worked at Nice Shoes since its 1996 founding, continually expands his skills and industry knowledge while educating others in the field of HD and the use of non-linear color correction technologies through Nice Shoes' HD Road Shows.

In his career as a colorist, Ryan has worked on projects for American Express, IBM, Kodak, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Mercedes, and L'Oreal, among many others. He has also worked on many feature films, including Gimme Shelter, 8 1/2, and Richard III.

Ryan began his career as an assistant colorist in 1991 at Manhattan Transfer. He excelled in his position there and became a colorist that same year.
