audioEngine Invigorates Reebok Spot For Gotham And Smuggler's Rubin
The Brief:
audioEngine Mixer and Partner Rex Recker, in collaboration with NYC's Gotham and Smuggler's Henry Alex Rubin, mixed an entertaining Reebok Sports Licensed Division's Speedwick spot starring the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins' Sidney Crosby and Maxime Talbot.
When the two standouts face off in Crosby's basement, firing pucks across the room into Sidney's childhood clothes dryer, Recker ensured that the booming noise of the puck colliding with the metal crossbar, and additional game play sounds, synched perfectly with the onscreen action. audioEngine also facilitated the transition from live action to the still logo shots with the mix of an upbeat track that kicks in at the contest's conclusion.
