Tool Nets 28 One Show Nominations, 19 Webby Award Nominations and Six Honors

Tool is humbled by the sweeping collection of top award nominations for several of its groundbreaking integrated and live-action projects over the past year.

The production company scored 28 nominations for the One Show Interactive and Advertising awards across categories in User Experience, Social Media, Online Films & Video (short and long form), Brand Transformation, and more. Nominees include Director Jason Zada’s “Remote Control Tourist” campaign and Director Alec Helm’s “4-Year-Old’s Bucket List.”

Additionally, Tool received 19 Webby Award nominations and six honors across categories such as Interactive Advertising & Media, Mobile & Experience Marketing, Online Film & Video, Social, and more. Interactive Director Ben Tricklebank’s “First Love” for Playstation GT6 is nominated in the categories of Online Film & Video: Branded Entertainment Long Form and Social: Sports. Director Tom Routson’s Diehard “Getaway” is nominated in three categories: Best Editing in Online Film & Video, Branded Entertainment, and Online Film & Video.

In the few years prior, Tool has won 18 One Show awards and 15 Webby awards. Collectively, the production company has brought home 337 awards for its live-action, digital, and interactive advertising content.
